Pony Express Baseball, Inc. offers a USSSA sanctioned League for 12U & 14U teams. The two age divisions do not play each other.
12U - Players may not turn 13 before May 1st of the current year for Spring/Summer ball and may not turn 13 before May 1st of the subsequent year for Fall ball to be eligible.
14U - Players may not turn 15 before May 1st of the current year for Spring/Summer ball and may not turn 15 before May 1st of the subsequent year for Fall ball to be eligible.
Summer Session (Apr-July):
The season begins in late April early May and runs through the end of June/July. Each team will play a 12 game league schedule and a season ending Double-Elimination tournament. Games will be played during the week and on weekends with 5:30 and 7:30 pm start times during the week and 9:00a, 11:00a, 1:00p, 3:00p, 5:00p starts when applicable on Saturdays.
Fall Session (Aug - Oct):
Season begins in mid/late Aug and runs until mid-October depending on number of teams and the weather. Each team will play 8-games (no tourney for fall ball). Games days are still being decided but will probably be Mon-Thursday ... holding Fri, Sat & Sun open for makeup games (the days are subject to change), with 5:30 and 7:30 pm start times.
Each game consists of 6 innings or 1 hour 40 min time limit.
All games will be played at Hyde 2, 3, 4 & 5 in St. Joseph, MO
Practice times are determined by your Coach, not by the league.

By registering as a Coach, this does not mean you will be guaranteed a team. PEB will screen all coaching applications / background checks and the Board of Directors and League Directors will select the coaches that best fit the position.
To be considered for a Coach position, you will need to complete the Coaches Application and the online Background Check on the PEB website (if you coached in the prior session and had the background check completed, you do not need to do another for the current session):
